Information and Forms

All information disclosed within sessions is confidential and WILL NOT be revealed to anyone with out your written permission, except where reporting is required by law.

Our fee is $110 for an hour session. Sliding fee of $75 may be considered in case of financial hardship. Payment options are cash, check and PayPal.

Magdalena is a registered counsellor and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Fees are generally paid directly to Safe Haven Holistic Counselling at the time of each session and the client may submit reimbursement through their Insurance provider.

Magdi is also a referred counselor through the Crime Victim Assistance Program which offers financial assistance to help with some of the costs and services needed to assist in recovering from or coping with the effects.

If clients need to cancel their session, please contact Magdalena by phone 250-554-6663 or email at info@safehavenholisticcounselling.com at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If 24 hours advance notice is not given, the client will be charged 50% of his/her regular fee.
